Product Specialist Bio

About the role

We are looking for a Product Specialist Bio to join Sandoz’s biosimilar portfolio in the UAE. The role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering value‑based solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high‑potential customers (HCPs and stakeholders) through data‑driven analysis.
• Conduct value‑based conversations in‑person and virtually to understand customer challenges and decision drivers.
• Design and orchestrate personalized engagement journeys across multiple channels.
• Develop and sustain collaborations with key opinion leaders and medical influencers at the territory level.
• Gather deep customer insights, translate feedback into actionable plans, and share findings with internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to create compliant, patient‑centric solutions.
• Uphold Sandoz’s Code of Ethics by acting with integrity and transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in specialty‑line pharma, preferably gastroenterology or rheumatology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the UAE pharmaceutical market, especially Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Willingness to travel and relocate within the UAE.
• Experience engaging KOLs/KDMs and building long‑term business relationships.
• Awareness of private and institutional business models.
• Strong scientific knowledge and a proactive learning attitude.
• Professional, team‑oriented approach.
