Product Specialist - Dental (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Pharmanet Drug Store, a UAE-based healthcare distribution company supplying pharmaceutical, medical and dental products, is looking for a motivated, results-oriented Dental Line Product Specialist to join its team in Dubai. The role promotes and develops the company's dental product portfolio, strengthens relationships with dental professionals and supports business growth in the UAE dental market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and develop assigned dental product lines across the UAE market.
• Deliver professional product presentations, demonstrations and technical training for dentists and other dental healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, key opinion leaders and decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and help achieve sales targets.
• Provide technical product knowledge, clinical information and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Work with sales and marketing teams on product strategy, and support product launches, promotions, exhibitions, workshops and conferences.
• Prepare customer visit reports, market analysis and sales performance updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in dental products, dental equipment, dental consumables or medical devices.
• Knowledge of the UAE dental market and healthcare distribution sector.
• Valid UAE driving licence is a must; willingness to make regular field visits across the UAE.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
