Product Specialist – Medical & Healthcare Sales

About the role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results‑driven Product Specialist to promote, sell, and grow the market presence of our pharmaceutical and healthcare products across the United Arab Emirates. The role involves presenting products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and other relevant customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and develop assigned products within the designated territory or customer segment.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Provide accurate product information and respond to queries.
• Conduct regular field visits, generate and close sales opportunities.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions and educational events.
• Monitor competitor activities, customer feedback, market trends and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in product promotion, medical or pharmaceutical sales, aesthetics, dermatology or healthcare sales.
• Strong product presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of building relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Experience working with clinics, hospitals, doctors, dermatologists or pharmacies is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
