Product Specialist – Men's Health Supplements (Remote)

About the role

Tribe Wellness Sales is seeking a Product Specialist to promote men’s health supplements. The role is fully remote and focuses on turning product purchases into lasting health transformations for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sell a range of health supplement products and related services to men seeking improved energy, strength and confidence.
• Grow relationships with prospects, converting them into loyal brand advocates.
• Learn from experienced leaders and leverage training resources to master the sales process.
• Earn commission with no cap, based on net sales and gross margin.
• Live a remote work lifestyle, using company communication tools and platforms.

Required profile

• Highly‑driven self‑starter motivated by growth and sales performance.
• Genuine passion or knowledge of men’s health, fitness or performance nutrition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and equipment (laptop/desktop, mic, camera, headset) to support frequent calls and video meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience using Zoom for video calls.
• Familiarity with the Rippling platform for sales enablement.

• Commission‑only earnings of 14 %–17 % of net sales (20 %–25 % on gross margin) on deals ranging from $250 to $2,500.
