Product Support Officer – Wealth Management (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Product Support Officer will handle mandatory customer callback procedures for a range of wealth‑management products, ensuring clients fully understand product features, terms and risks before confirming transactions. The role also requires strict adherence to internal compliance, regulatory standards and high‑quality customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute callback procedures for Structured Products, Sukuks, Equities, Funds and Savings Plans.
• Explain key product features, terms and associated risks to customers.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, control frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and improve the quality of customer interactions while documenting all communications.
• Address customer queries promptly and coordinate with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of operational controls, processes and communication standards, and escalate issues as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry with exposure to investment and takaful products.
• Strong knowledge of sukuks, funds, equities, structured products and related investment solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement, handle client requests and complaints promptly, and work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
