Production Head – Bakery Manufacturing

About the role

Tech4Serve is seeking an experienced Production Head to lead its bakery manufacturing operation in Dubai. The role is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring high‑quality output while optimizing efficiency and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate daily bakery production to meet demand targets.
• Manage and improve manufacturing processes, implementing best practices for efficiency and cost control.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, overseeing manpower allocation, training and performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production metrics, identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Scale operations to support business growth while maintaining product consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in bakery production and food manufacturing.
• Proven track record in production planning, process management and quality control.
• Strong leadership experience managing large production teams.
• Hands‑on expertise in scaling bakery operations.
• Preferably based in the UAE or with prior experience in Dubai.
