Production Helper – Manufacturing Support

About the role

The Production Helper supports manufacturing operations by providing tools, materials, and assistance to operators throughout the shift. This onsite role ensures machines run smoothly, work areas stay clean, and production schedules are met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist production operators during machine runs by supplying necessary tools, materials, and performing basic changeover tasks to maintain continuous efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area, including floors, workstations, and equipment surfaces, and ensure proper waste disposal and GMP compliance.
• Support operators in inspecting machines and production lines for readiness, reporting any irregularities, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
• Coordinate closely with supervisors and team members to complete tasks on time, follow SOPs, and contribute during peak production periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Physical stamina to handle moderate lifting and perform cleaning and material‑handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with operators and supervisors.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Basic understanding of production processes and equipment handling.
