Production Operator

About the role

The Production Operator joins Beckers Group’s manufacturing team in Ras Al Khaimah, handling pre‑batching, blending and mixing of raw materials for coil and industrial coatings. The role ensures production runs safely, efficiently and to the highest quality and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑batching, blending and mixing according to approved batch slips and processing instructions.
• Inspect pre‑batches, monitor grind, mix and consistency throughout the run.
• Select and weigh raw materials using measuring devices and incorporate them accurately.
• Operate mixers, pumps, scales and other production equipment safely.
• Refill mix tanks and maintain proper material flow.
• Clean mixers, pumps, hoses, tanks and related machinery following cleaning procedures.
• Operate forklifts and drum‑handling equipment where authorized.
• Participate in housekeeping to keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety, quality, environmental and Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures.

Required profile

• High School, ITI or Diploma (Mechanical, Chemical or related field preferred); UG Arts & Science acceptable.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in coil coating.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced industrial setting.
