Production Specialist

About the role

As a Production Specialist at Emerson in Dubai, you will support the assembly, calibration and testing of valve products, ensuring they meet strict quality and compliance standards. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to keep production flowing smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute production orders and align them with operational priorities.
• Assemble, calibrate and test valve products according to specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to implement special testing solutions.
• Identify production challenges, support troubleshooting and contribute to root‑cause analysis.
• Monitor performance indicators and act on variances.
• Maintain tools, fixtures and equipment, performing preventive maintenance.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and apply lean manufacturing practices.
• Provide guidance and knowledge‑sharing to team members.
• Support automation and digital tools that enhance operational performance.
• Promote a safe, compliant work environment.

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly or production operations within an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of valve assembly, testing processes or similar mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and follow technical specifications.
• Strong problem‑solving orientation with a focus on quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
