Production Supervisor – 2 Openings

About the role

Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure that manufacturing activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the production team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Supervise dispensing, manufacturing and packaging activities to meet quality, timeline, and cost targets.
• Monitor and improve processes, driving efficiency, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety regulations, including PPE use and personnel hygiene.
• Identify and report safety, health, and environmental risks through facility inspections.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow cleaning and sanitization procedures.
• Manage equipment qualification, calibration, and maintenance.
• Prepare, review, and update SOPs, protocols, reports, and other documentation.
• Handle change control, deviations, investigations, and timely closure of quality documents.
• Ensure availability of raw and packaging materials and coordinate with the warehouse.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, engineering, and supply chain teams for seamless operations.
• Manage audits and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as supervisor in pharmaceutical manufacturing (Solid Dosage Form) site.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
