Production Supervisor – Factory

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies as a Production Supervisor in the sanitization department. You will lead a team to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, and operational efficiency in a factory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Participate in corrective and preventive actions related to sanitization, SSOP, equipment swabbing, inventory and KPI deviations.
• Plan, monitor and evaluate job results; coach and discipline employees.
• Manage sanitization KPIs, create divergence reports and present results in monthly Target Check meetings.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating personnel on control points, equipment and resources.
• Develop, update and implement procedures and documentation for Quality & Management Systems.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, conduct skill‑gap analysis and train operators.
• Escort audits, implement corrective actions, and conduct Process Hazard Analyses.
• Lead work groups, conduct investigations (Why‑Tree analysis) for accidents/incidents, and deliver HSE trainings.
• Ensure compliance with local authorities, labor law and sustainability policies.

Required profile

• Problem‑solver with experience in root‑cause analysis and after‑action reviews.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Strong analytical skills to improve productivity while maintaining quality.
