Production Supervisor

About the role
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead shop‑floor activities in a detergent, personal care and home‑care manufacturing plant. The role reports to the Production Manager and ensures operations run safely, efficiently and cost‑effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop‑floor activities and coordinate production schedules.
- Provide technical guidance and support to shift supervisors.
- Assist the Production Manager in managing plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Implement cost‑control measures while maintaining product quality.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Science graduate (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Engineering).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the detergent, personal‑care or home‑care manufacturing sector.
- Proven ability to lead teams on the shop floor.
- Strong understanding of safety, quality and cost‑efficiency principles.
