Production Technician – Sterile

About the role

The Sterile Production Technician operates and monitors sterile manufacturing equipment to produce pharmaceutical products safely and efficiently. The role ensures compliance with cGMP, SOPs, quality systems and HSE requirements while supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute production schedules and monitor sterile manufacturing processes.
• Operate equipment according to approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records.
• Identify and report process deviations, equipment issues, environmental risks and safety hazards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and other departments to prevent production interruptions.
• Support investigations, audits, EHS activities and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Train new employees on sterile production processes and equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure timely documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or secondary school education with at least 2 years of experience in sterile manufacturing.
• Functional knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its processes.
• Understanding of cGMP principles.
