Professional Educator - Hair Care

About the role

Madi International is looking for a Professional Educator for its hair care portfolio in the Northern Emirates. You will deliver expert hair care education, support salon professionals through in-salon training and product knowledge, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to raise technical standards and strengthen customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Product education: run theory and practical product trainings according to brand protocols, visit clients with Sales Representatives to assess needs and give tailored sessions, host in-salon and academy demos, share training materials and stay up to date on industry trends and product updates.
• In-salon support: schedule and run regular technical visits, demos and follow-ups, give personalized product guidance, build long-term client relationships and collect feedback.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams: support client meetings and business development, align training with sales goals, support events, launches and campaigns, and report challenges and opportunities internally.
• Branding and merchandising: ensure in-salon merchandising and shelf planograms, work with marketing on in-store branding, and represent the brand at industry events, launches and trade shows when required.

Required profile

• Hairstylist with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Northern Emirates.
• Confident, organized and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving, commercial and interpersonal skills.
