Professional Services Special Ops – Fintech Solutions

About the role

The Digital Engagement Global Business Unit at SBS is looking for two Professional Services Special Ops to lead complex, early‑stage fintech initiatives. This senior, techno‑functional position turns ambiguous client briefs into clear solution designs and delivery plans, using AI to accelerate prototyping and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead special projects and early‑stage engagements, turning vague requirements into scoped solutions and executable plans.
• Define solution architecture and integration designs across core banking platforms, APIs, third‑party systems and AI components.
• Provide hands‑on delivery, configuration, customization and troubleshooting for complex technical and functional issues.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, communicating technical concepts clearly and aligning on priorities.
• Identify risks early, propose mitigations and de‑risk delivery to keep projects on track.
• Capture decisions, patterns and lessons learned to build reusable assets and reference architectures.

Required profile

• Significant experience in banking or fintech domains such as digital banking, payments, lending or CRM.
• Background in solution architecture, software engineering or techno‑functional consulting.
• Proven track record delivering complex client‑facing integrations and prototypes.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, high‑stakes situations and drive clear outcomes.
