Program Manager 4

About the role

The Program Manager 4 oversees the implementation and maintenance of functional business programs. This role identifies, prioritizes, and successfully executes a broad portfolio of functional initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and execute a broad portfolio of functional initiatives and programs.
• Plan and direct schedules for multiple simultaneous programs.
• Partner closely with global cross‑functional teams to understand and capture program requirements.
• Navigate complex dependencies between teams and organizational priorities to optimize the critical path and mitigate risks.
• Influence internal and external teams to prioritize, drive mitigation plans, and ensure ownership through program closure, escalating as necessary.
• Provide rigorous management and analysis of portfolio budget, including spend tracking, forecasting, and historical trends.
• Establish scalable frameworks (processes, tools) for end‑to‑end project management and apply documentation best practices.
• Run stand‑ups and sprint planning exercises for owned programs.
• Build and maintain consistent reporting across numerous programs.
• Determine methods and procedures for new assignments and coordinate activities of other personnel.
