Program Manager – McDonough School of Business (Dubai)

About the role

Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business is seeking a Program Manager to lead the launch and ongoing delivery of its graduate programs in Athens, Greece, and to support operations at its Dubai branch campus. The role will ensure high‑quality, student‑focused delivery of the Executive Master’s in Leadership and the M.S. in Environment and Sustainability Management, as well as future offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all student‑facing aspects of the graduate programs, including enrollment, orientation, and ongoing support.
• Plan and execute events, residencies, and international modules in Athens, Dubai, and other locations.
• Provide faculty and academic support, handling logistics for teaching, assessments, and research activities.
• Manage administrative tasks for admissions, business development, and partnership coordination with the Public Power Corporation.
• Facilitate meetings between sponsor representatives and Georgetown staff, and support travel arrangements for staff and students.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones to ensure seamless program delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program or project management within higher education or international education settings.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities to work with executive‑level students, faculty, and external partners.
• Flexibility to travel regularly to Athens and Dubai and to manage off‑site activities.
