About the role
Amazon Now is building the future of quick commerce, partnering with product and software teams to deliver fast, seamless order fulfillment. The Program Manager will lead technology programs for dark‑store operations, driving automation and process improvements across supply chain, under‑the‑roof, and on‑the‑road activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technology initiatives for dark‑store operations, integrating new tools with existing systems.
- Drive UTR and OTR programs to optimize inbound, warehouse, and last‑mile delivery processes.
- Build low‑cost automations using AI tools to reduce manual effort.
- Develop and execute roadmaps for hybrid warehouse management and delivery service enhancements.
- Collaborate with global product and tech teams to launch solutions for quick commerce.
- Document changes, create business requirement documents, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Support new store launches, including configuration, QA, and UAT, and train operations on new systems.
Required profile
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of cross‑functional work with tech and non‑tech teams.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- SQL.
