Programme Manager – Governance in Philanthropy

About the role

The Programme Manager for Governance in Philanthropy will lead the design, development and execution of Pearl Initiative’s Governance in Philanthropy programme across the GCC. The role drives thought‑leadership, research, community‑building and revenue generation to strengthen philanthropic organisations and donors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and budget the programme, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and cost‑effectiveness.
• Identify and develop cross‑program synergies, integrate subject‑matter experts and co‑create deliverables.
• Develop and execute business‑development and market‑engagement strategies, set funding targets and diversify revenue streams.
• Lead community‑building initiatives such as workshops, convenings and online forums.
• Manage project delivery, contracts compliance, risk mitigation and resource allocation.
• Produce research, thought‑leadership content and bilingual publications to showcase expertise.
• Mentor the Programme Associate, defining development plans and supporting career growth.
• Define impact metrics, collect and analyse data, and report on programme outcomes.
