Project Controls Manager – Oil & Gas (ADNOC)

About the role

This senior position leads Project Controls for a portfolio of high‑profile oil and gas projects, including ADNOC contracts. You will ensure cost, schedule, risk and reporting disciplines are integrated and aligned with client and company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and enforce Project Services & Controls procedures across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate annual Business Plan preparation, budgeting and performance reporting.
• Lead risk‑management processes, maintaining an up‑to‑date risk and issues register.
• Oversee cost and schedule reporting, providing analysis for decision‑making.
• Direct financial reporting, accruals, cash calls and reconciliation with ADNOC offshore systems.
• Manage contract administration, tendering, procurement and work‑order processes.
• Support the Project Manager and Integrated Project Management Team on contract and procurement matters.
• Mentor ADNOC staff and ensure information‑management requirements are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent); Master’s degree in Management is a plus.
• 20+ years of experience in oil & gas, with extensive Project Controls management on large‑scale projects.
• Proven leadership, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong knowledge of international codes, standards and UAE labour regulations.
• Experience interfacing with contractors, suppliers and major shareholders.
