Project Coordinator – Abu Dhabi (Headquarters)

About the role

Traders' Hub is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple initiatives across its Abu Dhabi headquarters. The role involves data analysis, reporting, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse project data, preparing regular reports and dashboards.
• Assist in project planning, coordination and monitoring of timelines and deliverables.
• Track progress, identify risks, issues and delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, IT, and Marketing teams, providing updates to management and stakeholders.
• Support the Marketing team with project‑related announcements and campaign inputs.
• Contribute to process improvement and optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, analysis or operations, preferably within FinTech or financial services.
• Certification in Project Management and AML/CFT training are advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work across departments.

• Strong understanding of FinTech and financial services.
• Experience with project management tools.
