Project Coordinator – Fitout

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support fit‑out projects across the United Arab Emirates. You will work closely with the Project Manager, site teams, designers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing fit‑out projects.
• Coordinate daily activities between site, design, procurement and subcontractors.
• Monitor site progress, manage labour teams and ensure material availability.
• Track shop drawings, GFC drawings and material submittals; support RFIs and technical issue resolution.
• Follow up on material deliveries, purchase orders and long‑lead items, highlighting any delays.
• Maintain drawing registers, submittal logs and prepare regular progress reports.
• Facilitate communication among clients, consultants, site teams and internal departments.
• Support QA/QC inspections, snag lists and ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in fit‑out, construction, steel, modular/PODs or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in project/site coordination, handling drawings, material submittals and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of project planning, QA/QC and HSE practices.
• Fluent in English; Hindi is a plus.
