Project Coordinator – Food & Beverage Design

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to lead food‑and‑beverage design projects from concept through hand‑over. The role blends design development with on‑site coordination, ensuring each project meets quality, schedule and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and analyse 2D/3D layouts using AutoCAD, 3Ds Max and V‑Ray.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and MEP technicians to align schedules and design specifications.
• Source samples, evaluate suppliers and prepare presentation boards and site reports.
• Conduct pre‑opening site visits, track daily progress, record snags and ensure corrective actions before launch.
• Manage permits, landlord and authority approvals and maintain daily project logs.
• Provide additional design, technical or administrative support to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience coordinating design projects and managing timelines.
• Degree or diploma in Architecture or Interior Design with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication, organisation and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
• Advanced skills in 3Ds Max.
• Experience with V‑Ray rendering.
