About the role
The Project Coordinator provides proactive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across all project activities. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role acts as a central point of contact for internal teams and external suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes as directed by the Project Manager.
- Update project budgets by consolidating data from Finance and Procurement.
- Create purchase requisitions, obtain approvals, and manage procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Serve as liaison for contractors, handling invoices, service reports, and other submittals.
- Generate weekly operational reports and ad‑hoc reports using system data.
- Maintain records such as supplier lists, attendance, gate passes, and project documentation.
- Support the design team with material mood boards and assist with gate‑pass documentation.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project administration or coordination.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a commitment to teamwork.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with Oracle ERP systems.
