Project Coordinator – NPDI (Busbar Product Line)

About the role

The Project Coordinator – NPDI supports the Busbar Product Line by managing new product development and sustaining projects across multiple functions, regions, and cultures. Reporting to the Senior Manager Global Programme Management, the role ensures projects are delivered on time and align with Vertiv’s NPDI process.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑functional planning and execution to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor tasks performed by engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics and other groups.
• Report progress through schedule updates and ensure alignment with the project timeline.
• Identify potential issues early and escalate to senior management to prevent delays.
• Assess risks, develop contingency plans, and adhere to the NPDI process.
• Assist team members as needed and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma with 3 years experience or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2 years experience (or equivalent technical degree).
• Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem‑solving, reporting and meeting‑facilitation skills.
• Ability to quickly build cross‑functional relationships and achieve results.
• Results‑oriented with a track record of meeting project goals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
