Project Coordinator – UAE (National)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a nationally‑qualified Project Coordinator to support its UAE projects. The role involves coordinating daily project activities, managing communications, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project tasks with the management team, schedule meetings and maintain project plans.
• Prepare and maintain regular project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments and budget tracking.
• Manage project communications, ensuring transparency and timely information flow among stakeholders.
• Support procurement processes by creating RFQs, conducting tender analysis and liaising with subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as the Project Execution Plan, Health & Safety Plan and Quality Assurance/Control plans.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
