Project Coordinator – UAE Nationals Only

About the role

Working under the guidance of a Project or Regional Manager, you will assist in managing project activities, coordinating resources, and supporting decision‑making across multiple phases. The role focuses on proactive risk identification, problem‑solving, and ensuring project objectives are met on time, within scope and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing less‑complex projects, including client coordination and resource allocation.
• Identify and analyze risks or opportunities, develop alternatives, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support junior staff, mentor less‑experienced team members, and foster clear communication across project teams.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and ensure alignment with schedule and quality expectations.
• Make informed decisions on project issues while considering broader implications.

Required profile

• UAE National with a Family Book (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting or coordinating construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, risk identification, and resource coordination.
• Ability to work under senior leadership guidance and make objective decisions.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience mentoring junior staff is an advantage.
