About the role
The Project Delivery Systems Coordinator supports the implementation, administration, integration, and continuous operation of project engineering design systems throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring teams can effectively use approved systems and workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project systems, user support, configuration management, reporting, and system governance activities.
- Administer daily project policies and processes to meet business objectives and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
Required profile
- University degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
- Typically 10+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory, project management and technical roles.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced understanding of Octave Smart Plant systems, processes and tools.
- Ability to assist others, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to development of new systems, processes and tools.
