Project Director – Buildings

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Project Director – Buildings to lead the delivery of major building construction projects in Dubai. The role demands strategic leadership from pre‑construction through to project close‑out, ensuring cost, quality, safety, schedule and client satisfaction targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for large‑scale building projects.
• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring and close‑out activities, establishing milestones and performance targets.
• Manage project financial performance, including budgets, cost control, forecasts, variations and commercial risks.
• Act as primary contact for clients, consultants, authorities and key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and communication.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements and HSE policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading high‑rise, commercial, residential, mixed‑use or hospitality building projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong background in delivering projects on time, within budget and to contractual requirements.
