Project Director

About the role

Ascentis is seeking a senior Project Director to lead the delivery of high‑rise and large‑scale hospitality and commercial developments across South Asia. You will be responsible for steering programme management, project controls and stakeholder engagement to meet client objectives, budgets, timelines and ESG targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead PMC delivery for multiple high‑rise projects, overseeing governance, risk management and reporting frameworks.
• Drive pre‑construction activities including feasibility, budgeting, value engineering, tendering and design coordination.
• Implement modern construction technologies such as BIM, Digital Twin, modular and prefabricated systems, and AI‑enabled monitoring.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety and contractor performance using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project and Power BI.
• Manage commercial aspects: tendering, contract administration, variations, claims and FIDIC contract negotiations.
• Lead, mentor and develop high‑performing, multi‑location teams while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in construction project and programme management, preferably in hospitality or commercial sectors.
• Proven track record delivering complex, high‑value projects on time and within budget.
