Project Engineer - Fitout

About the role

The Project Engineer will lead interior fit‑out projects from concept to completion, ensuring profitability, quality, and compliance with all technical standards. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project profitability by managing budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Prepare, schedule, forecast, coordinate and monitor all technical activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Interact daily with clients to interpret needs and represent them on‑site.
• Perform overall quality control of work, monitor personnel performance, and report project status regularly.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with the project manager and other participants to provide technical support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Engineer on interior fit‑out projects.
