Project Engineer for Regional Site Activities

About the role

The Regional Project Engineer will support the Site Project Manager in managing site activities, commissioning, start‑up and ramp‑up of new production lines across the IMEA region. The role involves preparing offers, maintaining daily activity records, and ensuring smooth hand‑over to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Site Project Manager in all site‑related activities, including commissioning, start‑up and ramp‑up of new lines.
• Prepare offers and conduct due‑diligence for planned project sites.
• Maintain daily records and develop guidelines for installation, commissioning and ramp‑up.
• Supervise installation, commissioning and hand‑over, coordinating with SIG Combibloc Project Manager and customer project coordinator.
• Prepare and distribute project reports, track progress and manage snag lists from FAT to SAT.
• Coordinate technical teams on site and contribute to technical improvements.
• Coach and develop less experienced staff and undertake special inter‑departmental projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Project management expertise.
• Knowledge of installation, commissioning and ramp‑up processes.
