Project Engineer – Regional Site Management

About the role

The Regional Project Engineer will support the Site Project Manager in managing site activities, commissioning, start‑up and ramp‑up of new production lines across the IMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Site Project Manager with site activity management, commissioning, start‑up and ramp‑up of new lines.
• Prepare offers and conduct due diligence for planned project sites.
• Maintain daily records of site activities and develop installation/commissioning guidelines.
• Support process improvements, technical innovations and provide technical assistance to customers.
• Supervise installation, commissioning and hand‑over to customers in coordination with SIG Combibloc Project Manager.
• Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage snag list review and closure from FAT to SAT and ensure timely hand‑over.
• Coordinate on‑site technical teams and contribute to system robustness improvements.
• Coach and develop less experienced staff and undertake special cross‑departmental projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
