Project Engineer – Road & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead road construction, earthworks, and infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing site activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage road and infrastructure construction activities on site.
• Coordinate daily with consultants, subcontractors, and internal site teams.
• Ensure execution aligns with drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards, reporting daily/weekly updates.
• Handle material approvals, site inspections, and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in road, earthworks, and infrastructure projects, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Age below 40 years.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to operate independently on site.
• UAE driving license preferred.
