Project & Facilities Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project & Facilities Manager to lead multi‑site facilities operations across the MENA region, covering offices, retail stores, distribution centres and industrial sites. The role ensures that all locations are safe, efficient, compliant and cost‑optimised while supporting the company’s retail expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day facilities management for a portfolio of offices, stores, warehouses and industrial sites across MENA.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, capital‑planning programmes and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes and service contracts to ensure quality and cost control.
• Lead budgeting, cost‑control and financial reporting for facilities projects.
• Support retail rollout and store expansion projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders and franchise partners.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and local statutory requirements.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in multi‑site facilities or project management, preferably in retail, office and industrial environments.
• Proven track record in project delivery, budgeting and cost optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, maintenance systems and HSE standards.
• Experience managing vendors, procurement and service contracts.
• Background in capital planning, renovations or new‑build projects and exposure to sustainability or energy‑efficiency programmes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
