About the role

The Project Management Coordinator supports senior principals in delivering high‑level advisory services to a major regional logistics and transportation group undergoing a complex operating‑model transition. Working remotely, you will help keep the project on track, ensure documentation is accurate, and facilitate clear communication between the firm and the client.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines and schedules to meet all mandate milestones.
• Assist principals in gathering logistics‑sector research and data.
• Draft concise internal updates and progress reports.
• Organise and maintain project documentation for easy access.
• Monitor risks or delays and communicate them to responsible partners.
• Prepare governance documents and strategy materials for board‑level presentations.
• Track communications with client representatives to record decisions.
• Document current processes and proposed changes to support operating‑model refinement.
