Project Manager – Airfield Systems

About the role

ADB SAFEGATE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead airfield systems projects across diverse and challenging environments. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, safe, and on‑time solutions while working closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver airfield lighting, navigation, communication, and safety system projects.
• Coordinate engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project flow.
• Engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to align expectations and objectives.
• Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of project management experience, preferably in airfield or aviation infrastructure.
• Fluency in English and French; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work on remote sites for extended periods and travel frequently.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to make critical decisions under pressure.
