Project Manager – Airports

About the role

Sener is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major airport infrastructure projects across the UAE and the wider region. You will oversee delivery from planning through execution and close‑out, working with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage airport projects in Airside and/or Landside environments, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives are met.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and design teams throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, operators, clients, contractors and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor project performance, implement mitigation measures and ensure compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards.
• Support business development activities, proposals and client presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, transportation or airport engineering; Master’s or PMP preferred.
• 13‑16+ years of experience in airport infrastructure projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield developments.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in international engineering consultancy environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills; excellent English.
