Facilities Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance, safety and operational efficiency of our Entertainment Unit. You will ensure that all attractions, buildings and support infrastructure meet the highest standards for a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of all entertainment facilities, attractions and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Manage third‑party contractors, suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, utility costs and capital‑expenditure projects.
• Conduct routine inspections and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Guest Experience, Security and other departments.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports and asset documentation.
• Lead, train and develop the facilities and maintenance team.
• Support project planning, renovations and facility improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience, preferably in entertainment, leisure, hospitality or large‑scale recreational venues.
• Proven experience managing maintenance teams, contractors and service providers.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and compliance regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
