Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Unitek General Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning to successful hand‑over, while ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee on‑site execution, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.
• Resolve project‑related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Lead site coordination and maintain efficient project operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant UAE experience in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage projects from planning through completion.
• Experience in fit‑out or facility‑management projects is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
