Project Manager – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of its Date Factory construction and related infrastructure projects. The role involves overseeing all phases from planning through hand‑over, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of Date Factory construction projects, from planning to handover.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor progress, budgets, resources and timelines to achieve project objectives.
• Supervise civil, structural, infrastructure, utility and landscape works.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and project specifications.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs and other project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical and operational issues.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
• Oversee procurement and coordination of materials and resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in factory, industrial or large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site coordination and project execution.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
