Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mid‑to high‑rise residential construction projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases, from planning and design to site supervision and handover.
• Prepare work schedules, cost estimates, financial forecasts, site reports and comprehensive documentation.
• Assess risks, enforce safety compliance, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site teams, providing technical guidance and negotiating contracts.
• Lead, delegate and coordinate tasks, meetings and training sessions to maintain smooth execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or a related field; UAE experience preferred.
• 5‑8 years of proven experience managing mid‑to high‑rise residential projects, with at least 2‑3 completed projects.
• Full‑cycle project management expertise covering layout & floor planning, pre‑construction, design management, financial oversight, on‑site management and procurement.
• Strong knowledge of permit and authority approval procedures.
