Project Manager - Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager specialized in civil construction to lead projects from planning through to hand‑over. The role involves overseeing all site activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and site operations.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs and tender submissions.
• Monitor project costs, progress, quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Resolve on‑site issues and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Minimum 6 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience across residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority requirements.
• DM G+4/G+12 or Unlimited License preferred.
