Project Manager – Construction Management

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Construction Management to lead complex construction projects in Dubai, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate all project activities, maintaining detailed documentation.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures and implement cost‑control measures.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans.
• Oversee quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes and UAE regulations.
• Lead and supervise project teams, including contractors, subcontractors and internal staff.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders, clients and senior management.
• Manage contracts, procurement processes and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, including local UAE standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of professional experience in construction project management.
• Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling and budget management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and local UAE regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• Experience with large‑scale or complex construction projects.
