Project Manager - Data Center Automation

About the role

Otomatica is a technology and engineering company delivering end-to-end automation systems for data centers and executing international projects in Turkey and the Gulf Region. It manages the design, software development, commissioning, testing and delivery of BMS, EPMS, PMS, SCADA, PLC and third-party system integrations. It is looking for a Project Manager living in Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai to coordinate technical teams and customer processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all project processes end-to-end, from contract through final delivery
• Coordinate customer, design, engineering, software, site and commissioning teams
• Create, monitor and keep project plans up to date
• Monitor budget, resources and schedules against targets
• Manage customer meetings and prepare regular project status reports
• Proactively manage project risks, scope changes and potential delays
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor testing, commissioning, documentation and delivery timelines
• Report project performance and critical developments to management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics, Electrical, Control, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of project management experience
• No travel restrictions
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus

• Managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once
• Customer communication, team coordination and problem solving
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar project planning tools
• Preferred: data center projects, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLC, communication protocols, testing and commissioning, FAT/SAT
