Project Manager – Design & Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead design and construction initiatives across the Middle East and North Africa. The role focuses on coastal engineering, offshore island and causeway projects, as well as office, laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse, and service centre facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor real‑estate and infrastructure projects under broad direction.
• Manage projects primarily in the MENA region, travelling as required.
• Define project scope, location, timeline, budget, funding sources, and regulatory requirements in consultation with Real Estate Services and business units.
• Conduct value engineering and design optimisation to maximise space utilisation and cost efficiency.
• Prepare and obtain approvals for project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Track project schedule and budget, making mid‑course adjustments and seeking approvals for changes.
• Ensure compliance with building, fire, health, safety, environmental regulations and company quality standards.
• Oversee consultants and contractors, managing payments and contract administration.

Required profile

• Degree in Project Management or Construction Management (essential).
• Professional registration with PMI or equivalent (preferred).
• Degrees in Architecture, Quantity Surveying or Engineering acceptable with proven project‑management experience.
