Project Manager (Design & Construction)

About the role

Jetex is seeking a Project Manager to lead fit‑out, refurbishment and construction projects across its global network of luxury FBOs, private terminals and VIP lounges. The role oversees the full project lifecycle from concept and design through to tendering, construction, commissioning, snagging and final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets and execution plans in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Lead tendering and RFP processes, including scope preparation, contractor evaluation, selection, negotiation and appointment.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Conduct regular site visits and supervise construction and fit‑out activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, budget and schedule.
• Monitor contractor performance and resolve technical, commercial, quality and site‑related issues.
• Manage project budgets, cost plans, forecasts, payment applications, variations and change requests.
• Prepare and present progress reports, risk updates, budget status and key decisions to senior management.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, close‑out and operational handover, ensuring all documentation is received.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing fit‑out, refurbishment or construction projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects from concept through construction completion and handover.
• Hands‑on experience in site supervision, tendering, contractor selection and management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, permitting, cost control and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, high‑end retail, aviation or similar environments is preferred.
