Project Manager – Digital Assets & FinTech

About the role

Join a digital bank in the UAE as a Project Manager focused on the rapidly evolving Digital Assets space. This hands‑on, end‑to‑end role will be based in Dubai and offers valuable international and Middle‑East banking exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring timelines, scope and budgets are effectively managed.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive milestones, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide regular updates to senior management, prepare project documentation and facilitate meetings.
• Perform business analysis activities, gather requirements, analyse processes and support budgeting and financial tracking.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of project management experience, preferably in fintech, crypto or digital‑assets environments.
• Direct experience with tokenisation, custody or related digital‑asset solutions is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
