Project Manager – Electrical System Integration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of electrical system integration projects for Emirates Electrical Engineering in Dubai. The role oversees projects that involve relay and control panels, low‑voltage switchgear, protection and automation equipment, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple projects from contract award through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, budgets and execution strategies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with scope, quality, safety standards and contractual obligations.
• Manage project risks, issues and change requests.
• Coordinate engineering activities related to relay and control panels, LV switchgear, protection schemes and system integration.
• Prepare and hand over technical documentation such as single‑line diagrams, protection philosophies and specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing electrical system integration or power‑related projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
