Project Manager – Electrical Systems Integration

About the role

The Project Manager – SI will lead end‑to‑end electrical system integration projects, covering relay and control panels, low‑voltage switchgear, protection systems and associated automation equipment. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, budget and execute multiple projects from contract award through commissioning and hand‑over.
• Coordinate engineering activities for relay & control panels, LV switchgear, protection schemes and system integration.
• Manage procurement of long‑lead electrical equipment and monitor manufacturing progress.
• Lead technical discussions with customers, consultants and utilities, and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Oversee FAT/SAT planning, execution and documentation, as well as site installation, testing and energisation.
• Track project performance, risks, issues, change requests and financials, ensuring profitability and compliance with IEC/IEEE standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience managing EPC, utility or substation projects.
• 5–8 years of project management experience in electrical panel manufacturing, especially for utilities or oil & gas.
